You can download a 10-page PDF commentary that gives background information about the music for all programs and also can download an entire program if you wish, with or without commentary. These programs were written by Judith Larsen (copyright 2014) under a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts. They were recorded by WSUI classical radio station in Iowa City, Iowa and restored by D.James Tagg, Jr., Asst. Professor of Recording Arts at Jacobs School of Music, Indiana University. Judith Larsen has a degree in harpsichord from The Cleveland Institute of Music where she studied with Doris Ornstein. Further studies included Masters classes from Kenneth Gilbert and graduate level courses in musicology at the University of Iowa.
